At Barwick-in-Elmet Church of England Primary School we use Tapestry to record and document observations and assessment in line with the statutory Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
All children in our Nursery and Reception classes have a personal Learning Journey which builds a record of each child’s achievements during their time at our School.
Tapestry provides a tool for capturing and sharing information between parents and the school. Each child’s Learning Journal is a document that records their learning and development which parents can add to, contributing information that children have been doing at home.
