  Thank you so much to Sarah and Louise for organising a special Secret Santa Shopping experience for the children! There was great excitement as children chose gifts for their families! A fabulous £300 was raised to support Alive and Kicking projects in school!

  The weihnachtsgurke, or Christmas Pickle, is a classic German tradition. Everyday the weihnachtsgurke is hidden on a Christmas tree in school ~ the child who finds it wins a special treat!

  

• A Surprise Delivery!

  There was a surprise delivery this morning from Heaven Sends. Mrs Sanderson was a bit unsure about opening this huge parcel so she called on a top team from Mulberry to help out! 

  The team were absolutely delighted to discover our mystery parcel was a... Christmas Post box! We can not wait to post our cards and letters to Santa from next week!

• Barwick Remembers

  Year Six were proud to represent our school at the village war memorial at 11.00am on 11th November. Pupils laid crosses as the names of the fallen were read and remembered.

   

  Year Six have created biographies of the men from our village who sacrificed their lives for our country. You will be able to read these on lamp posts around the village.
