Old Toys
This week we have been learning about toys from the past. We have started by thinking about toys for our past- toys we played with when we were babies.
We then started to compare old and new toys. The children have decided they would like their new Role Play Area to be a Toy Museum!

To celebrate Science week we have been busy experimenting with colour.
Skittles
This is a simple experiment using skittles and warm water. Place the skittles in a circle on a plate, add warm water to the middle, and enjoy the rainbow!
Dancing colours
Make colours dance by adding food colouring to milk. Touch it using a cotton wool bud, dipped in washing-up liquid.
14th March
We have been reading the story 'Oliver's fruit salad' by Vivian French. In Literacy, we have been writing instructions of how to make fruit salad. Today the children got to put their instructions to the test!
