In Summer 1, our PE day will be Thursday, with Mr Pete, the sports coach, teaching Striking and Fielding skills.
Please send your child with a full PE kit with trainers. Football boots may be worn, but please ensure trainers are in school in case we need to work indoors due to bad weather.
If old PE kit has been outgrown, yet you are waiting for the new kit to be delivered, please use a white polo top for the time being.

Our PE for this term is gymnastics, led by a qualified PE coach.
Autumn 2
Our topic of learning this term is Dodgeball! We will be perfecting throwing and dodging techniques, incorporating fast and strong throws whilst dodging those ball with our fancy footwork. Sportsmanship and honesty are key skills in this topic.
Autumn 1
Last term, we looked at fitness for health, linking in to our Science topic of heart health. Children choreographed movement routines to music that raise heart rate and involve both cardio and strengthening exercises. Leadership skills are also being developed alongside confidence, teamwork, balance, stamina and flexibility.
