Kingswood Parent Pack and Kit List
Meeting
There will be a short meeting for parents on Friday 9th March at 4:30pm, where I will run through the planned itinerary of activities.
There is a suggested kit list in the document uploaded onto this page: please note we have not been allocated any water based activities.
Do not worry if you can not make it to the meeting - all the information needed is in the Parent Pack or below.
Children will arrive at normal school time on Wednesday 21st March. We will depart during the morning and arrive at Kingswood for lunch, before settling into our dorms and starting our programme of events. After dinner, we will take part in evening activities. On Friday 23rd March, we enjoy a morning of activities and then leave for home after lunchtime, arriving in plenty of time before the end of the school day.
All groups are taken through a fire drill on arrival day, or within 24 hours of arriving on site so everyone knows exactly what to do in the event of an emergency.
Children will be allocated a (single-sex) dormitory. If there are any specific reasons why certain children can not share a dormitory, please let Mrs Evans know ASAP.
