Rethinking Resilience
Today Mr Roycroft and Mrs Sanderson attended The Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership. The focus of the conference was 'Rethinking Resilience.' It was a most uplifting and inspiring day with amazing keynote speakers Rt Revd Sarah Mullally, Red Rose Hudson - Wilkin and Rt Hon Damian Hinds. The day continued with a series of workshops looking at how to build resilience that lasts, developing character, well-being and spirituality with our pupils and staff.
We are both looking forward to sharing information from the day and putting ideas in to action!
