• Maypole Queen Elections

  This morning Maypole Festival fever hit the school with the much anticipated Maypole Queen Elections!

  Congratulations to all the girls who made passionate pleas for children's votes. Well done to Eliza Vipond who was successfully elected as Maypole Queen 2017. Amelia Bell and Taylor Jo Hirst were elected as attendants; Phoebe Goodwin will lead the reception children.

  

• Focus Launch Event

  Mr Mewse, a professional camera man, visited the school today to start filming a documentary about our village Maypole Festival. However, Mr Mewse has been called away urgently to cover the unexpected snap election.... Luckily the children have decided to take his place and produce our own Barwick Maypole Festival 2017 documentary!
