At Barwick-in-Elmet, we believe that every child should have the opportunity to achieve, participate and flourish. Pupil Premium funding provides additional support for eligible children. We use this funding carefully to help remove barriers to learning, strengthen achievement and ensure that children can benefit fully from the opportunities available at Barwick.

What is Pupil Premium?

Pupil Premium is additional funding provided to schools to improve educational outcomes for eligible pupils. At Barwick, we consider the individual needs of our children and use the funding strategically to address barriers to learning, support achievement and promote wider development.
