Today we are going to be thinking about what our own debate is going to be about and how we are going to create our discussion. Here you will find that I have put together some potential ideas for you to use as well as a model plan and a blank plan for you to complete.
If you have another idea just drop me a message and run it by me. |

Find a pack of playing cards or find a virtual pack online.

Turn over one card at a time. The number indicates how many of that exercise you have to do.

3 diamond = 3 sit ups
(Jack is 11) (Queen is 12) (King is 13)
Pick 10 cards at random and lay them face down. Turn one over after completing each exercise.
Remember to rest for 20 seconds after each set and drink lots of water.
